The Spain Digital Nomad Visa is a residence visa and permit designed for non-EU/EEA/Swiss nationals who work remotely for foreign companies or run their own digital businesses. Launched in 2023 as part of the Spanish Startup Law, this visa allows remote workers and freelancers to legally reside in Spain while continuing to work for international clients or employers. It caters to professionals who wish to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle without switching their employment base to Spain.

Spain digital nomad is a 3 years extendable visa for those who are remote working and they can settle anywhere. The Applicant must show that they earn at least around 2600 € per month. (We will be helping them with the documentation)

Residency:

The residence permit is granted for 3 years, renewable for 2 more years.

Eligible for long-term residency after 5 years of continuous legal stay.

After 10 years, applicants may apply for Spanish citizenship, provided other conditions (language, integration, etc.) are met.

Price:

1 Pax = €12-16K

Each Dependents = €1500 – 2000

*Child be must be under 18 years old

Processing Time:

1 Month for the Visa ( Client can be outside Spain)

1 Month for Processing the works ( Client must be inside Spain)

Payment Method:

Payment can be done over 4 intercourse

Proof of Income: Must show income at least 200% of Spain’s national minimum wage (~€2,600/month as of 2025).

Criminal Background Check (from country of residence, no older than 90 days)
Private Health Insurance (with full coverage in Spain)
Medical Certificate (confirming no serious illness per WHO regulations)
Proof of Address in Spain (e.g., rental agreement)
Digital Nomad Affidavit: A statement confirming intent to work remotely from Spain

Marriage and Birth Certificates (for dependents)

Nationality: Non-EU/EEA/Swiss nationals only.

Remote Work:

Must work remotely for a non-Spanish company OR be self-employed with foreign clients.
The company must have operated for at least 1 year and confirm remote work eligibility.

Professional Experience:

3+ years of professional experience OR a relevant degree.

Income Threshold: Demonstrate financial self-sufficiency (200% SMI + dependents).

Clean Criminal Record: No serious offenses in the past 5 years.

Health Coverage: Full private health insurance in Spain.
