This process is designed to be fast and efficient so you can get started in no time. It will be finalized and the new partner will start working within a few working days.
Income structure and commissions
Whenever you introduce an investor to the company and that investor invests in our projects or opportunities, you will be paid a commission equivalent to 4% of the total investment amount. Example: If the investor you introduced invests 500,000 dirhams, you will be paid 20,000 dirhams.
If you refer a business to the seller or buyer that results in a successful transaction, you will receive 10% of our commission from that transaction.
Example: If a business worth 1 million dirhams is sold by our company and our commission is 100,000 dirhams, your share will be 10,000 dirhams.
On larger transactions, your income will be significantly higher (for example, on a 10 million dirham sale with a 1 million dirhams commission, your commission will be 100,000 dirhams).
All commission calculations are trackable through your online panel.
Every successful referral and completed transaction is recorded in your dashboard along with the amount and commission details.
Payments will be deposited monthly (or after each large transaction) to your preferred bank account.

Fixed salary and bonuses
Fixed salary and bonuses The program is initially based on commissions, so that those who perform better earn more. However, after a month of successful cooperation (and an assessment of your performance and commitment), it is possible to receive a fixed monthly salary in addition to the commission. For example, a fixed base salary of around 5,000 dirhams per month can be considered alongside your commissions (the exact amount is determined based on performance and agreement). This fixed salary will give you more security while maintaining the incentive of the commission.
Corporate car
Corporate car Persian Horizon has even more special benefits for its top colleagues. If your performance is exceptional and you attract a certain volume of contracts or investments over a certain period of time (for example, a total of more than 3 million dirhams in successful deals over a year), you will be provided with a company car to use for your business. This car can be provided as a long-term rental or leasing in the company’s name, allowing you to commute to and from work at no cost. Such a reward, in addition to the financial aspect, also increases your professional image among your clients.
Banking Liaison Recruitment Program
In the first step, this project will be implemented in the UAE (specifically Dubai).
