Why do I need to pay 100,000 AED for employment?
This advance payment covers your costs for the first 2 years (accommodation, living expenses, food, transportation, and monthly individual advertising). You’re not actually investing or spending money, but paying for the first two years of professional work in Dubai at a 50% discount.
What are the exact details of each cost?
- Accommodation and bank account opening for an Iranian: 30,000 AED
- Monthly pension: 2,500 AED
- Monthly food expenses: 1,500 AED
- Monthly transportation: 1,000 AED
- Minimum monthly individual advertising: 2,000 AED
Total costs over 24 months: 200,000 AED (100,000 AED paid at the beginning of the contract).
How much will be deducted from the 100,000 AED if I don’t need accommodation?
15,000 AED (50% of the 30,000 AED accommodation fee) will be deducted from the total amount.
What happens if I don’t use any of the services?
Except for advertising (which is mandatory), the cost for each unused service will be added to your monthly salary:
- Food: 750 AED
- Accommodation: 1,250 AED
- Transportation: 500 AED per month
What is the duration of my contract as a specialist?
The contract is for 2 years, with an option to extend for another 2 years with a 15% salary increase.
How is my salary (5,000 to 10,000 AED) calculated?
After reviewing your resume, specialty, and consulting, your salary will be determined based on your skills and will range from 5,000 to 10,000 AED monthly. The 15% salary increase is based on this amount.
What happens if I don’t have any clients?
Your fixed monthly salary (5,000 to 10,000 AED) will still be paid based on your commitment, even if you don’t attract any clients.
Where should I sign the contract?
You can sign the contract in Iran with a Persian representative or directly in the UAE with the Persian company, which has 5 official licenses and the reputable Bronze brand.
How much will accommodation cost for other family members?
For each family member, the cost is between 7,000 to 10,000 AED. A son above 21 years of age has a separate cost of 30,000 AED.
How will my payment be refunded if I cancel the contract?
All costs will be calculated based on the months of your presence, and 15% of the amount will be deducted as the consultant’s fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within two months.
