You can sign your contract directly in the UAE with Persian Horizon Company or in Iran with the official representatives of the plan.
Documents required to sign the contract:
Passport + scanned copies of the first and second pages
Birth certificate + scanned copies of all pages
National ID card + scanned copies of front and back
Recent personal photo (3×4 cm)

After submitting the documents and making the payment, the Persian Horizon team will obtain a license for you.
Then, a tourist visa will be issued for you, and you will travel to Dubai to receive your residence card.
